Are you ready for a challenge?

Bootcamp program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by a Fitness Instructor. Each camp will be one hour in length.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, fitness kick boxing, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

How often will we meet?

 New classes start every first Saturday of each month. Saturday only sessions available.

 What is the cost (investment in myself)?

$125/ 2 days a week one hour for 4 weeks  OR

$175/ 3 days a week one hour for 5 weeks

Boot Camp fitness program offers fitness instruction and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you jump start your fitness goals.

This is a great way to have personal training at a low cost. Each session is one hour.


What can I achieve from camp?


Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence, making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina.

By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better.

Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

 

 




Payment of Fees

  • Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.  
  • Registration forms sent by post must be accompanied with full payment in order for your registration to be processed/ confirmed.
  • Payment may be made by Money Order or cash.
  • You may not pay your fees by "electronic funds transfer (EFT)”.
  • Payments are non-refundable
  • If you are receiving a “Rewards Credit” it will be given to you on the first day of class.
  • We recommend you BOOK EARLY to reserve your space.

 

 

 

*Check with a doctor before beginning your exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or have chronic back, joint, heart, or inner-ear problems. Don't overdo it. If you feel tired then stop. You should be relaxed, not depleted of energy.

  • The Boot Camp Journal: It provides important program information, such as goals and guidelines, as well as a meal plan.
